Ultimate Handling Stability: Four-Cylinder Slewing + Two-Way Swing Brake
The TL4700 utilizes four slewing cylinders, providing a slewing torque of up to 11 kN.m.
Even on slopes or under heavy loads, the boom swerves with exceptional stability and power. The grab head is equipped with two-way swing brakes (left/right and forward/backward), significantly reducing swaying during timber lifting, improving loading accuracy and operational efficiency, and enhancing safety.
Excellent lifting curve: Small size, big power
It has a lifting capacity of 540kg at a 4-meter radius, and can still lift 480kg at its full boom length (4.7m).
This means it can easily handle most medium to large logs. The optimal 4.7-meter boom length ensures flexibility while perfectly covering the loading range of a 6-ton trailer, eliminating the need for frequent trailer repositioning.
Excellent adaptability to complex terrain
Matches 400/60-15.5 wide professional forestry tires, with air brakes/hydraulic brakes available as an option. The wide tire design reduces ground pressure, making it less likely to get stuck when operating in muddy, soft, or rugged forest areas, and providing excellent passability.

Key load-bearing components such as the chassis, crane boom, and outriggers are all manufactured using high-standard welding processes. The welds are full, smooth, and uniformly formed, eliminating welding defects such as porosity, slag inclusions, cracks, and incomplete penetration.
Multi-layer, multi-pass welding processes are used at key stress-bearing areas, followed by stress relief treatment after welding, effectively preventing structural deformation and weld cracking under heavy loads.
