PTO Wood Splitter

Wood splitters are machines used to cut logs into small pieces of wood that will fit into a fireplace or wood stove. These machines include three basic parts: a cradle to hold the log, a splitting blade and a hydraulic cylinder operated by a pump that pushes the log into the blade. Certain wood splitters have a mobile blade. In this case the blade is pushed against the wood in order to cut it.
