Yantai has been gripped by a sustained heatwave in recent days. Facing this extreme weather, Yantai Dibo Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. balanced employee well-being with a full-throttle production push. The company successfully completed the manufacturing, testing, and shipment of a batch of forestry hydraulic log grapples and trailers destined for European and South American markets, honoring its customer commitments with "Dibo Speed."

To safeguard the health and safety of frontline staff amidst the heatwave, Dibo responded proactively to heat-prevention guidelines by temporarily shortening daytime working hours and implementing a rational shift-rotation schedule. While these employee-centric measures maintained the team's well-being, they posed challenges to production schedules, causing delivery times for some orders to slip by about a week. With the finalization of shipping schedules, the delivery timeline became extremely tight.
"The customer's shipping schedule is a command!" Faced with a tight deadline and a heavy workload, the Yantai Dibo team quickly shifted into "sprint mode." From production and assembly to quality inspection and final packaging, departments coordinated seamlessly and worked overtime, racing against the clock. Thanks to the collective effort of the entire workforce, all equipment underwent final testing and packaging ahead of the shipping deadline and was successfully loaded for transport. Four containers were loaded and shipped in a single day-July 30.

This batch of export equipment underwent extensive customization to meet the diverse operational needs of European and South American clients, showcasing Dibo's capabilities in the R&D and manufacturing of specialized forestry machinery. Building on standard configurations, the equipment integrates several highly adaptable features: a four-wheel-drive system to improve mobility across complex forest terrain; an oscillating towing system for enhanced transport flexibility; and hydraulic control valve assemblies tailored to local operating habits. Notably, to satisfy specific overseas client preferences, Dibo also applied custom paint finishes based on client-specified color codes.
